Early Check In?

Unfortunately we can never promise an early check in but we will do our best. 

It all depends on when guests are checking out from the night before and when our cleaning staff starts their day. 

You are always welcome to relax in our common area while waiting. 

We send out emails as soon as rooms are ready in case they are ready before 1pm.

How will I check in?

 

We offer self service check in where you will receive a door code to get in (4 days prior to arrival) or simply just push on our door bell for assistance. 

Easy and fast check in and check out. No need to let us know when you will be arriving. 

Your key will be waiting for you inside with instructions and helpful information. 

Please note that we charge your card on file on your check in date to make your check in fast and easy*

Note:

-- Check in is after 1 pm (13:00) and check out is before 11 am (11:00)

-- All Non Refundable Reservation will be charged when reservations are made and will not be refunded if cancelled.*

-- Reservations booked on our website (www.nupan.is) will be fully refunded if cancelled up to one day (24 Hours) before check in day.
